The Bust Of Woman With Turban Sculpture is made of Alabaster from the late 1800s, XIX Century.

The woman statue, bears a signature on the base of the Italian sculptor Pugi.

Guglielmo Pugi (1850-1915), born in Tuscany in Fiesole, works in Florence where he has his studio-atelier.

Many works created by the sculptor were made for the foreign market, especially towards the United States,

In fact, in 1901 he participated in the Buffalo Fair in New York and in 1904 in Missouri at the Exposition Universelle.

Then the, Marble Alabaster Sculptures, Woman With Turban Statue, Late Nineteenth Century, Signed Guglielmo Pugi,

is added and enriches the Italian Bisgart Collection.

Original 19th Century patina.
